By doing this, you will be able to track your shot list and establish your shot composition and staging easier and more quickly.

 

When you show your client storyboards with your notes and script posted beneath, you limit the margin of error in respect to what your client can expect of the finished product. Likewise, the same storyboard can be used as a playbook for your crew to ensure that set composition, lighting, and mood match your vision; saving you valuable production time.
